Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the sportsxglobal.com website ("Site") and the SportsXGlobal platform, market.sportsxglobal.com ("Platform"), collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing or using the Site and/or Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

Description of Services

2.1. The Services provide a marketplace for Buyers and Sellers of Sponsorship opportunities and other Sporting Assets. Sellers can list their Sports Rights Assets on the platform, including descriptions and, in some cases, a price for sale. Sellers must assume full responsibility for all aspects of these descriptions and the accuracy of the information they upload.

2.2. Buyers can use the Services to search for Sports Rights Assets based on various parameters, such as Geography, Target Audience, Price, and Timing of availability, among others.

Limitation of Liability

3.1. sportsxglobal.com shall have no liability in relation to any content listed on the Services by Sellers and/or Buyers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided on the Services.

3.2. Once a buyer locates a Sports Rights Asset of interest, they may contact the Seller using the platform functionality. From that moment, they may communicate via the Services or using other external means. sportsxglobal.com shall not be held liable for any aspect of business between Buyers and Sellers.

Fees

4.1. Sellers are required to pay fees for using the Services, including:

4.1.1. A flat annual or monthly fee to maintain an operating account for their business on the Platform.

4.1.2. A variable commission reflecting a proportion of any Sports Rights Assets sold on the Platform.

4.2. All fees will be described in APPENDIX 1, a separate document.

4.3. sportsxglobal.com retains the right to waive fees periodically, by customer, or by customer group.

Transactions

5.1. All transactions that occur within 6 months from the date where any Buyers and any Sellers are introduced via the Services are subject to our platform fees.

Governing Law

6.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Australia.
